Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, Mass., "11E Deck & Engine Room" timepiece, 8 day, time only, spring driven, jeweled movement with gold hands, center seconds, in a black phenolic case with 8.5 inch black dial with 12/24 numerals, dial reading "U.S. NAVY, SER. NO. 49902E ".
CONDITION:
black phenolic case is a bit spotted. Dial is in very good condition. Gold hands slightly tarnished. Vertical rate adjustment. Movement is signed and stamped with serial number 367055. Movement ticks when wound, but was not tested long term.
